Смена региона прошла на ура, всё быстро. Спасибо!
На всякий для таких же "самостоятельных" как я: перед обращением к профильным продавцам по смене региона лучше не пробовать самостоятельно менять регион, можно наткнуться на скрытое ограничение на аккаунт на смену региона.
