AntiHalt

The simple and very useful console utility AntiHalt is designed to search for and subdue resource-intensive programs.
There are times when any running program takes all the computing resources of the processor and
as a result, even the Task Manager “slows down” by showing its helplessness increasing the response time
for an unacceptably long period. In this case, I really want to just restart the computer, which is fundamentally wrong.
The program is designed to catch such situations by lowering the priority of the "greedy" program, all that is needed
To do this, run the AntiHalt program in a separate window. No additional parameters are required.
